It is very important to be on time for your appointment. Like a hairdresser, we book one client after another in specific blocked-out time slots. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule.

Last minute cancellations and "no-shows" affect us significantly. Please call to cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you miss 2 appointments for any reason we will need payment prior to scheduling a 3rd groom.

All pets must be current on their vaccinations- especially kennel cough (Bordatella) and Rabies. You may be asked to bring current veterinary records to your appointment.

If your pet is matted, please do not bath him/her prior to your groom. Water cements mats into place and makes brush-outs impossible. Severely matted dogs will be shaved for humane reasons. Be honest about the condition your pet’s coat is when scheduling your groom. This allows me to block out plenty of time for required work.
